Quality!
I found Paul McGee's latest book `Sumo Your Relationships' fantastic! From the moment I started reading it I was hooked! Paul writes in such a way that helps the reader understand and digest its content. This book is down to earth and full of wisdom and practical application. Everybody will get something out of this book - a must read!
SUMO Your Relationships
As a leader of people, I found Paul McGee's 'SUMO Your Relationships' book not only insightful, but also helpful and humorous. The book is practical, memorable and simple enough to apply and an excellent aid to developing good people skills.
Great for Personal and Work Life
Yet again Paul has produced a book which is easy to relate to and isn't full of theory only; but provides easy to use advice for making your relationships better.
I recognise that I am a 'commander' and since reading the book I have looked at how I relate to people both at home and at work, I am trying not to be so bossy and steamroller others but to take some time out and try to see things from their perspective. (My husband flipped straight to the 'How to handle not strangle the Commander!' section!!)
At work I have tried to remember to take more time to thank people and encourage them, and it is amazing the response I have had.
Well worth a read!
SUMO the Soap Opera, Come on Down.....
A lively and entertaining read - `SUMO Your Relationships' was fascinating on a number of levels, not least the author's characterisation of the seven SUMO types - the ditherer, the awfuliser, the whinger etc., people we're almost sure to bump into at some time in our lives - and the awful realisation that one of them was ME and my best friend spotted it too! (No, I'm going to tell!).
But there's another intriguing level to this book that readers may find both appealing and helpful - the author writes with refreshing honesty about his own relationships and openly confesses to some of the challenges he's faced personally....SUMO the soap opera, come on down !
Whether you have relationship issues in the workplace or at home, this book will not leave you short of inspiring ways to deal with them, and you too will be able to SUMO Your Relationships, without having to strangle the one you love....
Fantastic Book !!
This book is fantastic, I've not been able to put it down since buying on Saturday !! I'm very grateful to the writer as his material has really helped me in my personal and work life and I would strongly recommend it to others.
I can certainly relate to so much of the book and I'm sure many others will too !! The fun part is reading it and getting that that part where it dawns on you ' oh no, I do that ! ' or ' thats me !! '
Like I said this guys material has really helped me in many parts of my life, while worth getting. I would also recommend signing up for this guys email newsletter, again another great source of support and guidance.
